CAREER & FINANCIAL PLANNING

Students will have access to business financial lessons in accounting, item inventory, payroll and supply cost analysis as well as personal financial health as they engage in the Pathways to Success, STEAM Career opportunities and ProStart/ Culinary Programs. They will earn a stipend this summer for being an intern and learn how to manage that money through the partnerships with Acadiana Workforce and local education agencies. In addition, Nehemiah honors local financial industry experts and encourages those industry leaders to share their expertise with the next generation. We provide the accessible place and space for these interactions to best meet the needs of the community.
